As the organizational and administrative assistant to the management, you will primarily be responsible for supporting the sales of our interior products, as well as ongoing accounting tasks, including payment processing, invoicing, credit card and expense reporting.
Creating quotes and orders will also be part of your duties.
You bring the following qualifications:
– Interest in interior design, design, and aesthetics
– Completed commercial training
– Proficient in MS Office
– Very good written and spoken German and English
– Communicative personality with good manners
– Accuracy and reliability
– Self-responsibility and conscientious work ethic
– Flexibility
– Representational personality
– Confident and convincing appearance when interacting with clients and business partners

As an Interior Designer at ALIVA Design, you have a keen sense for interior design for high-end clients, work independently, and express your creativity through innovative ideas.
You will oversee our construction sites from execution to completion.
Teamwork, sociability, and reliability are essential qualities in your everyday work.
You bring the following qualifications:
– Proficiency in ArchiCAD
– Knowledge of all standard MS Office programs
– Proficiency in German and English
– Valid driver’s license
